Against the backdrop of the manufacturing industry's dual pursuit of cost reduction and green transformation, fully automatic oxidation production lines, as key equipment in industries such as aluminum profiles and metal parts, are attracting increasing attention for their investment value. Based on industry practices, this article breaks down the initial investment cost for building or renovating a fully automatic oxidation production line and analyzes its comprehensive energy-saving benefits in terms of energy consumption, labor, quality control, and environmental protection. The analysis indicates that, despite the substantial upfront investment, systematic energy-saving design typically allows the production line to recoup the incremental investment cost within a reasonable period, providing enterprises with long-term sustainable competitive advantages.
