Dingli Technology Successfully Completes Installation and Commissioning of Fully Automated Oxidation Production Line for Dongguan Hardware Factory

Recently, Shenzhen Dingli Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Dingli Technology") has successfully completed the on-site installation, production commissioning, and put into daily operation a fully automated oxidation production line designed and manufactured for a hardware products factory in Dongguan. This project represents another practical application in the field of metal surface treatment equipment by Dingli Technology, aiming to help customers improve the automation level and production stability of the oxidation treatment process.

The production line was custom-designed according to the customer's existing workshop layout and product process requirements, adopting a segmented modular structure that covers complete procedures including degreasing, acid washing, anodizing, coloring, and sealing. The core control section of the entire line is equipped with a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and a Human-Machine Interface (HMI), enabling automatic control of process parameters such as tank temperature, timing, and hoist transportation, effectively reducing labor intensity and operational variability. During the installation phase, Dingli Technology dispatched a team of experienced technical engineers to provide on-site guidance. They worked closely with the customer's personnel to address practical challenges such as spatial adjustments and the integration of water, electricity, and air pipelines, ensuring the installation progressed smoothly.

After several consecutive days of joint debugging and trial production, the production line has been operating stably. The treated workpieces have met the customer's expected technical standards in terms of coating uniformity, color consistency, and corrosion resistance. The customer's on-site supervisor reported that compared to the previous semi-automated equipment, the new line has delivered a noticeable increase in production capacity while being more user-friendly and intuitive to operate. The successful delivery of this project once again demonstrates Dingli Technology's end-to-end service capabilities, from solution design and equipment manufacturing to on-site implementation.
