Recently, Dingli Technology organized a group of client representatives from Guangdong and surrounding provinces to visit a partner factory in Dongguan for an on-site inspection and observation tour. The visit was designed to provide clients with a direct view of the actual operational performance of a fully automatic oxidation production line, helping potential clients gather more comprehensive on-site information before making equipment selection and investment decisions.
During the visit, accompanied by Dingli Technology technical staff, the client representatives toured the factory's continuously operating fully automatic oxidation production line. The production line, designed and manufactured by Dingli Technology, covers the complete process sequence including degreasing, etching, anodizing, coloring, and sealing. It has been in stable operation for over a year, primarily handling surface oxidation treatment for architectural aluminum profiles and industrial profiles. Throughout the tour, technical staff provided detailed explanations of equipment layout, process flow, control system operation, routine maintenance points, and common troubleshooting methods. Client representatives observed key operational steps up close, including automatic hoist transfer, bath temperature control system operation, power supply parameter adjustment, and finished product quality inspection.
During the subsequent discussion session, client representatives engaged in in-depth conversations with the Dingli Technology team on topics including equipment investment costs, capacity matching, energy consumption levels, and after-sales service. Many clients noted that the on-site observation gave them a much clearer understanding of the actual production capacity, degree of automation, and operational stability of fully automatic oxidation production lines, which would be highly valuable for their own plant upgrade decisions.
The site visit received positive feedback from participating clients. Dingli Technology stated that it will continue to organize similar factory visit activities in the future, providing more clients with opportunities to gain first-hand knowledge of equipment performance and assisting them in making more informed equipment selection decisions aligned with their specific needs.
