Recently, Shenzhen Dingli Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. completed the installation and commissioning of an electroplating production line in Jiangsu Province and officially handed it over to the client for the trial operation phase. The client is a local enterprise specializing in automotive parts manufacturing, and the production line will be primarily used for zinc plating on their automotive structural parts and fasteners, aiming to enhance the corrosion resistance and surface quality of their products.
The project, from initial technical discussions and equipment design and manufacturing to on-site installation and commissioning, took approximately three months. Based on the client’s product characteristics and production capacity requirements, the Dingli Technology technical team custom-designed a semi-automatic electroplating production line incorporating complete process steps including degreasing, acid washing, electroplating, passivation, and drying. During the equipment manufacturing stage, the company strictly organized production in accordance with the design specifications, ensuring the quality of process tanks, control systems, and auxiliary equipment. During the installation and commissioning phase, the technical team worked on-site and cooperated closely with the client’s personnel to complete equipment positioning, pipeline connections, electrical wiring, and individual machine commissioning. After several consecutive days of integrated trial runs and parameter optimization, the production line is now operating smoothly, with key indicators such as coating thickness, uniformity, and adhesion all meeting the client’s requirements.
The client’s site manager stated that the commissioning of this production line will effectively enhance their surface treatment capabilities for automotive parts, providing the capacity assurance needed to take on more orders in the future. Additionally, the line’s user-friendly interface and convenient routine maintenance help reduce reliance on highly skilled operators. The successful delivery of this project represents another practical step in Dingli Technology’s ongoing efforts in the automotive parts electroplating sector. The company will continue to monitor the client’s usage, provide follow-up technical training and after-sales support, and ensure the long-term stable operation of the production line.
